Chad has been practicing since 1998 after graduation from Kansas State University with degrees in accounting and agribusiness marketing. He joined the firm in 2000 and works primarily with clients in the areas of individual and business tax planning and preparation, QuickBooks software consulting as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and audits of not-for-profit organizations, municipalities and small businesses. As partner, Chad oversees the firms branch offices and also is in charge of firm productivity, processes and efficiency management. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. A resident of Waterville, Chad serves his local community as a member of the St. Mark's Lutheran Church, the Valley Heights Rotary Club, the USD 498 Foundation Board, and of the Sutton Lodge AF/AM No. 85.  Outside of his role at SGA, Chad enjoys coaching youth sports, running, spending time with family, and watching college and professional sporting events.

Erin started at Sink, Gordon & Associates LLP in January of 2009 and is primarily responsible for individual and business taxation, accounting services, bookkeeping, and payroll. Erin appreciates working at SGA because she enjoys working with like-minded people that are constantly looking for ways to better serve their clients and their community. In accordance with her career, Erin’s time is split between membership in both the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Prior to her time at the firm, Erin graduated with a bachelor of science in business administration and accounting from Kansas State University in 2010. Currently, Erin stays actively involved in the community as a member of St. Gregory’s Catholic Church, the Valley Heights Rotary Club, the Marysville Chamber of Commerce, and the Marysville Bulldog Boosters.

Melissa first began at Sink, Gordon & Associates LLP as an intern and moved her current full-time position in January 2015. Now, Melissa primarily specializes in payroll, sales tax, and income tax for the firm. Melissa earned both her bachelor of science in accounting and her master of accountancy from Kansas State University.  Prior to her time at K-State, Melissa received her associates of science in accounting from Cloud County Community College. She is currently professionally involved as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a current member of the Waterville Chamber of Commerce and serves as the Board Treasurer. Melissa was recently elected to serve as a Greenleaf City Council member. Beyond her many professional and community activities, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, running 5K races, and playing softball and volleyball.

Sara has been with Sink, Gordon & Associates LLP since June 2013. Sara’s main areas of focus for the firm include payroll, sales tax, accounting services, and customer service; as well as monthly bookkeeping and other administrative duties. She earned her bachelor of science degree in Finance from Kansas State University in 2009 and worked two additional years in the accounting field before becoming a member of the SGA team. Sara spends her time outside of the firm serving as the Treasurer for the Waterville Chamber of Commerce, volunteering for Waterville community events, attending St. John’s Catholic Church, and is an active member of the Alter Society. Above all, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, her 2-year-old son, Barrett, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.

Cindy started at Sink, Gordon & Associates LLP in January of 2017 and has a total of 19 years of experience in the accounting industry. Cindy’s main responsibilities include monthly accounting/bookwork, administrative duties, and tax return assembly. Cindy earned her diploma in Office Technology and Accounting in 1987 from Manhattan Area Technical School. Outside of her time at the firm, Cindy serves on the Greenleaf City Council and the Sacred Heart Parish Council. Cindy dedicates much of her free time to her four children, Clint, Collin, Mandi, and Tiffani.
